Technical documentation: for engineers. Accurate about what is built, how it works and where the limits are. Looking for the overview?

How a change becomes a deployment

Seven steps, each with a clear owner, a contract and evidence. The platform runs them; people decide where decisions belong.

State the outcome

A person describes what they need in plain language. No tickets, no specs, no operations.

Requirements and pushback

The product persona refines the intent into goals, non-goals and acceptance criteria, challenges scope creep, and waits for a human to acknowledge its concerns.

Design

The architect proposes a revision of the project's design and a plan of bounded work items, each with a contract and a role.

Build in a sandbox

The implementation persona changes generated code inside well-defined regions, builds and tests in an isolated container, and earns receipts for what passed.

Independent verification

A verifier with a different model and no access to the author's reasoning reads the change, runs the checks itself, and reports findings.

Certification in a fresh environment

The platform creates a clean test environment for the exact release, loads a versioned dataset, runs the required scenarios against the running system and signs the result.

Deploy and prove it

Images are built reproducibly and signed, the environment is created from scratch, health is verified in place, and only then is the change counted as delivered.

An upgrade is not a special event. It is the same loop with a new revision, which is why the hundredth change is as safe as the first.

What the platform never does

  • Invent facts. Required context comes from authoritative sources, or the work waits for a person. No invented logos, domains, schemas, credentials or approvals.
  • Trust a claim. Completion, certification and promotion depend on receipts verified by issuer and signature, not on an agent saying it is done.
  • Let identity come from a prompt. Tenant, environment, actor and permissions come from authenticated server state, never from model arguments.
  • Skip the gate. Production receives certified releases under current policy with digest-bound human approval.
